The Ordering Process

We will provide assistance in designing your awards at no charge, providing the artwork is not too complex. Obviously the better the quality you can provide, the better the end result, we can work from letter heads, jpegs, eps files, Corel Draw files, photos and sketches.

On completion of the design we will email the artwork for your approval before we continue.

We will advise on finishes/colours which will give you the best results, but of course your decision is final.

Delivery depends on a number of things but it would be appreciated if we could have 4 weeks for new products and 3 for repeat orders. When circumstances arise we can do better but it is better to eliminate any stress, for you and us!
